Clip selection highlight in section views step-viewer.clipSelectionHighlights

When a section cut is active, clip the selected-face highlight overlay like the body. Off keeps the whole highlight visible even where the section removes the face. Views without a cut render normally either way.

Shows temporary offset, feather, and strength controls while a detail-view focus fade is active. The fade itself always runs; tuning values reset on reload.

Loads PDF/authoring data without the 3D mesh, curves, or PMI overlay. Takes effect on the next open/reload.

Profiling aid: render the backend's already-merged GLB with only basic scene and material setup. Skips frontend edge setup, mesh adoption/normalization, BVH, face selection, clipping/depth support, ambient occlusion, edge classification, section caps, and face-area calculation. The backend still generates and transfers the complete GLB. Takes effect on the next open/reload.
